How to convert hourly pay to salary
Annual salary = hourly wage × hours per week × weeks per year
A full-time year is usually 40 hours × 52 weeks = 2,080 hours. So a quick rule of thumb: multiply your hourly wage by 2,000 for a rough annual figure, or by 2,080 for the exact one. $25 an hour × 2,080 = $52,000 a year.
