Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-12
This policy explains how HourCalc (“we”, “us”), available at https://hourcalc.pages.dev, handles information when you use the website.
1. Calculations stay on your device
All calculators run entirely in your web browser. The times, dates, pay rates and other values you type are not sent to or stored on our servers. Some tools save your last entries in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you return; you can remove them at any time by using the tool's “Clear” button or clearing your browser's site data.
2. Visit counter
We display an approximate public visit count. When a page loads, your browser sends an anonymous request that increases a single running total. We do not store IP addresses, cookies or any identifier for this counter; your browser's session storage is used only to avoid counting the same visit twice.
3. Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages to deliver and protect the site. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies or track you across sites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
4. Advertising
We show ads provided by third-party advertising networks, including Adsterra, to keep the tools free. Ads are loaded in sandboxed frames. Advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve ads, measure performance, limit how often you see an ad and prevent fraud. These partners process data under their own privacy policies – see Adsterra's privacy policy. You can limit personalised advertising through your browser settings, by blocking third-party cookies, or via tools such as aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to processing and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, most requests relate to our advertising partners; contact us and we will help direct your request.
6. Children
The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email viksa7726@gmail.com.
